How to register for a program:

1. Registration will begin on Mon., August 24, 2009.
2. Call 594-1494 to register your child(ren).
3. Mail the enclosed registration form and total payment to address indicated on the Discovery Center registration form.

*Forms received without a telephone confirmation will be returned.

Each program costs $7.00 or enroll in all 6 for $35.00. Pre-registration and all payment is required by Thursday, 9/10/2009. Materials will only be available for students who prepay. One parent per paid student will receive free admission. Siblings of students will pay regular admission cost. Due to limited space and supply purchases we will NO longer be able to give refunds after pre-payment is made.
